Table of contents

Good Afternoon,

After the cover page, there is the table of contents.  I have researched a few types and styles of a magazines table of contents that give me an idea of how I should have the table of contents in my magazine.

For my magazine I would like a single page plain table of contents to avoid taking away from the contents of the magazine.
